Refund policy
We stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
EXCHANGES
We offer a 5-day exchange window from the date of delivery. If your product has a sizing issue, or if you'd simply like a different size, you can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- Exchanges are allowed once per order
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact
- Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted
Reverse Pick-Up
- Reverse pick-up is available for most locations across India
- Our courier partner will attempt pick-up up to 3 times
- If reverse pick-up is unavailable or unsuccessful, we will ask you to self-ship the product to an address shared by our team
Timeline
- Once pick-up is complete, products typically reach our warehouse in 5–7 days
- After quality inspection, your exchange order will be dispatched within 5–7 working days
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Unboxing Video
We strongly recommend recording a short video while opening your package. If a defect claim is raised without visual evidence, we will still do our best to find a resolution — but a photo or video helps us process your request faster.
Resolution
Once verified, we will:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a refund in cases where a replacement is not possible
CANCELLATIONS
We understand plans can change. Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order by emailing us at with your order number.
Since all our products are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once production has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Note: Your order confirmation email will remind you of this cancellation window.
REFUNDS
We follow an exchange-first policy. In most cases, we will offer an exchange rather than a refund.
Refunds will not be applicable for:
- Size issues or change of mind
- Color variation due to screen settings
- Mistakes in size or product selection by the customer
- Orders placed during a sale or at a discounted price
- Courier delays outside our control
Refunds will be considered when:
- A wrong product was delivered
- A damaged or defective product was received and a replacement is not possible
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or a bank account provided by you.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please check the size chart on every product page carefully before ordering — it is your best guide to getting the right fit
- Slight colour variations may occur due to screen and display settings; this is not a defect
- If your order is marked "Delivered" but has not been received, please report it to us within 72 hours
- By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy
